This pretty doily is composed of only six different stitches…easy enough for a beginner yet interesting enough for an “old hand” that needs a quick project. The model is stitched on wonderful Pastel Periwinkle linen from Zweigart, but may easily be changed to a color that suits your personal preference. This design would be lovely made up as a small cushion or ring pillow if stitched in traditional white or ivory. You could even add beads or pearls to dress it up further!
